Classical Guitar Tuition

When given a choice, most young musicians would prefer to learn the guitar over any other instrument. Brass and Woodwind are slowly becoming obsolete and only a small percentage of classical musicians are coming through main stream schools.

However, those schools offering guitar lessons find themselves having to group students together, often with various degrees of ability and needs. With pop music being ever so popular and easily accessible on mobile phones, mp3 and mp4 players, children in particularly often want to play their favourite songs and tunes. With the advent of the internet, Tablature music scores are available from many sites. This is great news for guitarists world wide and for those school cover bands, but there is a huge element missing from the delivery of learning. - the Traditional method of reading notation on a score of music.

So if your not musical yourself, hopefully the table below will show you the difference!
