SUBMISSION OF ARTWORK
1) For all artworks submitted, the customer is to read the pdf attachment regarding the technical aspects of preparing artwork for print. 3) Customer choosing the basic design option are responsible for submitting their own type copy for publication and for it to be proof read before submission. OPB will not be held responsible for errors or submissions whilst typesetting. All artworks to be signed and accepted by customer prior to print.
4) Copyright of all logos and images used are deemed to belong to the customer and that all the customer holds permission for re-publication from the originators. OPB has the right to cancel any entered agreement if a fringe of copyright has been disclosed.
5) OPB reserves the right to keep any production material relating to the printing of all items, i.e. films and artwork. No design material (apart from the Acceptance of proof artwork) will be given to the customer post printing in any format whatsoever.
6) Printing is not always an exact science. Company logos and colours will be printed using CYMK process. This can effect company colours, especially if you specify a Pantone Matching colour. A nearest CMYK value match will be used.
7) OPB reserves the right to work within a small margin to gain the best possible price. i.e. Should a stock be quoted as 130gsm. A window of 10gsm either side of that quoted may be used. Often a substitution of a lower gsm may be compensated by a stronger paper fibre, giving the same feel. Often, such low cost printing is only made possible by using surplus paper stock. OPB reserves the right to substitute paper stock to ensure the lowest possible price for the customer. If such decisions are made by the Third Party, then OPB will only enter a dispute if it is unanimously accepted that quality of the print is poor and will affect the customers company profile.

11) All quotes itemized on the website, or have been specially sourced will remain in place for 2 months. Should a rise in paper stock with a third party become apparent, then the increase may be passed on to the customer.
12) All deviation to the above fees are to be made in writing and agreed and signed by all parties.
13) Here goes… in the event of any acts of God, then only He shall be held responsible. Need I say more.
