Christmas commissions are now open!

When do I need to send my photograph?

The months leading up to Christmas are my busiest time of year. To avoid disappointment, I recommend sending your photographs and placing your order from July onwards. Early booking ensures I can reserve a space for your commission and complete your artwork in plenty of time for Christmas.

What is the order cut-off date?

My usual cut-off date for Christmas orders is the beginning of November. However, please feel free to contact me, as I may still be able to accommodate your request. In some cases, a smaller-sized painting or miniature portrait may be available later in the season.

What canvas sizes do you offer?

My most popular pet portrait size is an A3 box canvas. These portraits are typically head-and-shoulder studies and do not require framing, making them ready to display immediately.

If you would like a portrait larger than A3, I recommend contacting me as early as possible. For late orders, I may be able to offer oil miniatures painted on oil paper, which are supplied framed.

When is payment required?

As each artwork is a highly personal and bespoke gift, payment is only required once you have viewed and approved the completed artwork. Approval can be given via email or social media.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash if a suitable collection arrangement can be made.

Are there any additional costs, such as postage?

No. All artwork quotations include postage and packaging. Paintings are sent via Royal Mail using an insured and signed-for service.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please photograph or video the parcel as you open it. This will provide valuable evidence should a postal claim need to be made.
